Public Health Supportive Services (PH-SS) was founded with the philosophy to provide supportive services to local, state, and federal partners to directly and indirectly improve the quality and types of services provided to the community.
Areas of Service
State-Level CCBHC
PH-SS helps state entities establish Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). We offer a comprehensive service package including setting up billing systems (MMIS), quality measure development, and data collection. In addition, we assist with planning for CCBHC certification and collaborating with insurers for smooth claims processing. This one-stop shop approach simplifies the process of implementing CCBHC programs.
Clinic-Level CCBHC
PH-SS offers consulting services to optimize clinic operations for CCBHCs. They help assess clinic needs, suggest software solutions to improve efficiency and client reach, and ensure best use of staff time. Additionally, they configure EHR systems to capture quality measure data and generate reports to track progress towards achieving the highest possible reimbursement rates.
General Services
PH-SS offers a wide range of supportive services to public and private agencies, including, but not limited to: data analysis and report development, event/conference planning, facilitation, project management, and training.
